Is this event appropriate for Children?

If they have parental supervision, if they enjoy Rock and Roll, if they enjoy costume parties and the parents are willing to keep them up past their bedtime. Organizers will be bringing their own children and band members enjoy inviting children up on stage to sing, play tambourine or just dance.

Will children be admitted free?

Sorry but no. Please understand that seating is limited and in order to keep ticket prices low we must charge for each guest.

Will there be a Raffle?

Possibly, that has not yet been determined, but if we have one the prizes will be awesome. Bring some extra cash if you want to participate.

What are the prizes for best costume?

To be determined. Probably separate child and adult categories.

What does Audience Participation mean?

If you've ever been to a ARS show then you know that audience members are encouraged to participate on stage by singing, playing instruments and dancing. It's a great photo opportunity.

What does Setups mean?

In this context it means, to provide soft drinks, juice, ice and cups for consumption and also for those who want to mix their own drinks.

What kind of snacks will be available?

Chips, pretzels, etc... ( Very simple stuff. Don't expect a big meal unless you bring it yourself.)

Do I need a costume?

No, but that is a big part of the fun. Rock and Roll themes are recommended, especially from the 60's and 70's. Really, any costume is fine. No nudity. You won't be turned away for not wearing a costume.

Will the audience be neatly sitting in their seats at a table?

This is a party. No strict rules. People will place their food in a certain area and kind of claim their turf. But once things get rolling people will be mingling, dancing, visiting other tables, etc. People will be all over the ballroom. A costume parade will probably take place. We possibly might have a haunted house area left over from a previous party in the hall but we can't promise that at this point. Come on down, have a good time. If you're not a mingler, there will be plenty of seats and tables available.

Will it be all couples with children?

No. All types and sizes, singles, couples, young, old, ugly, pretty. Just people who want to have a fun time. Don't worry, even shy types will feel comfortable.

Can I reserve a table?

Only if you buy a group of 8 tickets on the internet. All other seating is first come, first serve.

Can I need bring an instrument?

Instruments as part of your costume are fine. It doesn't mean we're going to let you perform but we'll size you up and if you are a legitimate aging Rock Stars we'll consider it.  Our shows are planned out in advance but occasionly we call people up from the crowd.  And if you bring something use your common sense; don't bring anything extremely expensive or anything loud enough to interfere with the on-stage entertainers.

Can I bring a cowbell?

Absolutely not. All cowbells will be turned away at the door.

Do we reserve the right to expel troublemakers, underage drinkers and those engaging in other questionable and/or illegal behavior?

Yes, absolutely we do. Yes it is a Rock and Roll show but it's also a family event. "Security!"
